Bond set at $10M for man accused in poisoning plot, woman charged in Dane County

MADISON, Wis. — A court commissioner set bond at $10 million for a Madison man accused of trying to poison women he previously went on dates with.

Paul Van Duyne, 43, is charged in Dane County with two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and felony stalking. As a condition of his bond, he must surrender his passport, and is banned from Madison’s Midvale Heights Neighborhood.
