AVON, Wis. (WTVO) — A 26-year-old man from Winnebago was killed in a head-on crash in Rock County on Sunday night.
According to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at 10:49 p.m. on W Hy 81 just east of S Cty Tk T.
Police said a Ford F350, driven by a 30-year-old man from Marion, Iowa, was traveling westbound on W Hy 81 when he crossed the center line and into the oncoming lane. Authorities said the driver attempted a corrective maneuver but was unsuccessful and hit a Nissan Sentra head on…
