‘It means the world to us’: Central Terrace Co-Op in Rockford receives $930K for home improvements

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A nonprofit housing community in southwest Rockford receives hundreds of thousands of dollars to improve homes in the area.

Kathleen Jamerson moved into the Central Terrace Co-Operative 24 years ago. Since then, she says her home has only received a few small upgrades.
