ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested David Taylor, 48, for allegedly strangling a woman and slashing her tires.
On June 15, around 8:30 p.m., officers were called to the 3300 block of Chadwick Drive for reports of domestic violence. The woman told authorities she was attacked after an argument.
The victim reported that her tires were slashed when she attempted to leave her residence.
