ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Winnebago County Deputies arrested Dontae Bell, 44, on charges of stealing a vehicle.
Officers reported he was wanted in Lee, DeKalb and Winnebago on outstanding warrants.
Authorities found Bell driving a stolen Ford Escape at Taco Bell on East State Street.
