FREEPORT, Ill. (WTVO) — An 18-year-old Freeport man has been charged with aggravated battery to a police officer.
According to the Freeport Police Department, an officer was in the area of Chicago Avenue and Dexter Street around 3:45 p.m. when he saw a gray Honda Accord chasing a black sedan west on Pleasant Street from Chicago Avenue.
