BELOIT, Wis. — The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department has identified the pedestrian who died following a crash in Beloit on Monday afternoon.
On Wednesday, a forensic examiner confirmed that 70-year-old Terrance P. Robinson died on July 15 as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
