WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – Drivers should expect delays as construction crews begin work next week on Illinois Route 251.
Work will affect Whitman Street in Rockford to Snow Avenue in Loves Park. Construction, which includes patching, milling and resurfacing will also cover a portion of Forest Hills to Landstrom roads.
