BELOIT, Wis. (WTVO) — The Rock County Medical Examiner has released the name of the man who was killed in a vehicle crash on July 25.
Devin Schoonover died in a crash that took place in the 2200 block of South Park Avenue in the town of Beloit around 8:45 p.m.
