WINNEBAGO, Ill. (WIFR) – The Joe Rice Memorial Car show celebrated its third annual event Sunday, Aug. 10.
“It’s not just a car show, it’s showing that a young man went on to save lives,” said Becky Ungerarmstrong, Rice’s Grandma.
