HILLCREST, Ill. (WTVO) — A 65-year-old Rochelle man was arrested for battery after police received a complaint of three teens riding ATVs on the roadway.
According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the 400 block of Hillcrest Avenue around 9:55 p.m. on Wednesday for a disturbance call.
