ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – As orange cones, barricades and construction signs block off major roads in Rockford, District 205 prepares its bus drivers to deal with the construction during the new school year.
School begins Thursday and with lane closures on roads like Spring Creek and Springfield, some bus routes have had to be changed.
