BELOIT — A 3-year-old Beloit girl is at the top of the list of candidates for Toddler of the Year, and votes are set to be tallied Thursday, Aug. 21.
Aaliyah Booker, who will turn 4 in October, was ranked No. 1 in the Toddler of the Year contest as of Wednesday morning. Her mother, Gina Jacobson, said she hopes she gets enough votes to stay in the top spot before voting ends Thursday.
