WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – A serious single-vehicle crash shuts down traffic on Route 173 east of Mitchell Road, according to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.
The westbound lanes are closed and traffic is being detoured by authorities in the area. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
