Two men have been arrested after a frightening incident for students at a Rockford high school on Friday (9/5).
Report of Gun Near School Sparks Police Response
Rockford PD officers were called to Guilford High School on Friday afternoon after a report that a car was circling the campus with an occupant waving a handgun.
According to the press release, a School Resource Officer (SRO) immediately responded to the school’s parking lot, but the vehicle fled the area before officers could make contact.
