ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Rights in Motion, an accessibility resource fair, offers an inclusive atmosphere where people with disabilities can learn about vital resources.
The fair takes place from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Rockford City Hall, 425 E. State Street.
