STEPHENSON COUNTY, Ill. (WIFR) – The 8th Tee Off on Crime event honors those in law enforcement and brings people together against crime in the area.
The event was held September 13 at The Freeport Club and included crime scene bunkers, team mug shots, hole-in-one contests, a golf ball launcher and more.
An award ceremony took place after the event, honoring the top cops, special guests and the best golfers of the day.
Tee Off on Crime is meant to bring the community together with local law enforcement to work against crime in Stephenson County. It also helps fund equipment for law enforcement and other community safety projects…
