BELOIT – A 38-year-old Edgerton man is facing two criminal charges for allegedly stalking a Beloit woman through her phone.
On Sept. 15, Kyle Dufour was charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor use of a GPS device. If convicted of the stalking charge, Dufour could face a sentence of up to 3 1/2 years in prison.
According to a criminal complaint, a Beloit woman told police she dated Dufour for about nine months and on July 31 she allegedly received a message from Dufour saying he knew where she was and when she got off work. The woman said they’d ended the relationship in March and he shouldn’t know that information…
