Chippewa Falls man charged after high speed chase through Beloit streets

BELOIT — A 41-year-old Chippewa Falls man is facing two felony charges after a police chase involving two departments where speeds reached 120 mph.

Charles Dees was charged with felony attempting to flee an officer and second degree reckless endangerment, both as a repeat offender.

The reckless endangerment charge is the most serious. If convicted of that, Dees could face a sentence of up to 14 years in prison…
