ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford committee members have delayed plans to demolish the historic Elk’s Club building following a unanimous decision at last night’s finance and personnel meeting.
The delay was initiated by 3rd Ward Alderman Chad Tuneberg, despite a judge’s order in 2021 to demolish the building due to safety concerns.
