FREEPORT, Ill. (WIFR) – A 35-year-old man is arrested after a traffic stop led to an investigation, according to officials.
Elio Melara of Freeport is charged with aggravated DUI with no valid license, possession of controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Melara was also cited for driving with revoked license, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lighting, improper transportation of alcohol and unlawful possession of cannabis by the driver.
