NEWVILLE — The Rock County Sheriff’s SWAT team was called to Newville Saturday to assist in a standoff between an armed man and sheriff’s deputies.
According to a release, Rock County sheriff’s deputies were called about 1 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, to the Park N Ride, 11067 N. Goede Road, in Newville.
