ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Katlyn Acord, 34, is identified as the woman killed in an early morning shooting on Kishwaukee Street Tuesday.
Investigators say Acord was found dead in her vehicle September 30 in the 900 block of Kishwaukee Street after a shooting.
Rockford police and fire responded to the scene and say Acord had an apparent gunshot wound and was beyond resuscitation. She was pronounced dead at 6:48 a.m. by the Winnebago County Coroner’s Office…
