ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – All dog breeds are welcome at the Pitbull Wellness Fair, raising money for the Pitbull Spay and Neuter Program at Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary.
The event takes place from 8 a.m.-noon October 11 at 321 N. 4th Street.
