MACHESNEY PARK, Ill. (WTVO) — Authorities are searching for the owner of an unmanned, partially sunken boat found in the Rock River on Wednesday morning.
First responders from both North Park and Loves Park fire departments were called to the Bauer Parkway bridge for a possible water rescue.
