BELOIT — The City of Beloit wants to pump more than $300,000 into renovating a former day shelter for homeless families on Bluff Street.
The Bluff Street rehab is the biggest of several housing projects slated for 2026 that would be paid for by the endangered HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
