ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Holli Connell and Cyndie Hall approach the corner of Rockford’s Auburn Street roundabout with a yard sign and stickers in hand.
Each wear a button for their coalition: a car surrounded by soapy bubbles with a red “no” circle through it. The duo represent two members of Save Our North End – a group against planned changes in their neighborhood.
