ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Antwone Lee, 28, has plead guilty to the murder of 52-year-old Herman Bowser, who was shot to death during a vehicle chase in January 2021.
Lee shot and killed Herman Bowser on the morning of New Years Day in 2021 at the intersection of Brown Avenue and Church Street.
