CHERRY VALLEY, Ill. (WTVO) — Cherry Valley celebrated Halloween with its annual parade and Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, drawing families to the historic streets.
Participants dressed in a variety of costumes, including princesses, spooky characters, and even a trash truck, as they walked from Old School Park to Baumann Park.
