Rockford police charge six in drug-dealing operation

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — On Monday, Rockford Police announced charges against six suspects in a drug-dealing enterprise.

According to the police, Rockford Narcotics Detectives began investigating a residence in the 3700 block of Trilling Avenue, which led to the charges.

Authorities made the following arrests at “multiple areas and times,” according to police:

Shomari West, 35, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Gentiana Ismaili, 28, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Richard Hearne, Jr., 45, was charged with possession with intent to deliver cannabis.

Willie Fisher, 76, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Gilbert McDonald, Jr., 37, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Sebastian Patterson, 47, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance. A warrant was issued for his arrest…
