BELOIT, Wis. — The Beloit Police and Fire Commission has named three finalists to be the city’s new police chief.
Anthony Miceli, Schonella Stewart and Ty Eagleson are being considered to succeed Andre Sayles, who stepped down in May and accepted a role with the Seattle Police Department. Assistant Chief Thomas Stigler has served as Beloit’s interim police chief since Sayles’ departure.
Community members can meet the finalists at a forum Monday night. It will be held at the Beloit Public Library, 605 Eclipse Blvd., at 6 p.m. and will also be live-streamed on YouTube…
