ROCKFORD, Ill. (WKRC) – An Illinois woman, choosing to remain anonymous under the name “Jessie,” won a $500,000 lottery prize after purchasing a $10 Holiday Bucks scratch-off ticket at a Walmart in Rockford.
“You wouldn’t believe how big my eyes got when ‘$500,000’ popped up on the screen!” she exclaimed, as told by Illinois Lottery in a media release.
