Weather-wise, trick-or-treating in recent years hasn’t been too problematic. Not since Rockford observed it’s snowiest Halloween on record back in 2019 where the airport picked up 3.1″.
This year’s edition of the spooky holiday begins with some sunshine, with clouds gradually gathering up as the afternoon progresses. This is in response to our next area of low pressure which will be diving in from the Upper Midwest.
