FREEPORT, Ill. (WTVO) — A Freeport restaurant featured on “America’s Best Restaurants Road Show” has announced it will be closing for good this weekend.
This Is It Eatery, located at 109 S Galena Avenue, said on its Facebook page, “We have decided to shut down the restaurant effective Saturday, November 8, 2025. So, our last day of serving will be this Saturday.”
“This is a decision that has not made lightly by all means, we have decided to concentrate on us! But, we truly appreciate ALL of the support over the last 8 1/2 years and the wonderful friendships that have come about over the years!” the message continued…
