Jacob Feiden, 32, of Mount Carroll, was detained after a chase with the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office and charged with aggravated fleeing to evade and driving while under the influence of drugs.
According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, about 2:15 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were informed by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office that they were involved in a chase with the driver of a 2013 Kia Soul traveling east on Illinois Route 38.
Ogle County officers apprehended the offender just east of Rochelle, using stop sticks to blow out the tires and disable the vehicle as it approached the city boundaries…
