The City of Rockford Health & Human Services Department will hold LIHEAP outreach sessions this week at two locations. The first session is at Loves Park City Hall/Community Room on Wednesday, November 19. The second is at Brooke Road United Methodist Church Community Center in Rockford on Thursday, November 20. Sign-ups for both events start at 8:45 a.m. Appointments begin at 9 a.m. Each event has 50 appointment slots. Sign-ups will close when all slots are filled.
