ROCK COUNTY, Wis. (WIFR) – A Wisconsin man will be behind bars until 2031 after he drove drunk seven times.
Ronald Williamson, 45, was sentenced to four years in prison and four years of extended supervision by a Rock County judge. He was convicted in August for his seventh operating while intoxicated charge and also charged with three counts of felony bail jumping, which added three years of probation to his sentence.
On July 4, 2024, officers stopped Williamson at a downtown Janesville stoplight because he was in the wrong lane, facing oncoming traffic. Prosecutors say a blood test later showed his alcohol levels were .103, which was more than five times his legal limit of .02…
