BELOIT – Beloit resident Rodolfo Abarca has announced he’s running in April for the District 12 seat on the Rock County Board.
District 12 in Beloit is currently represented by County Supervisor April Whitledge.
Born and raised in Beloit, Abarca currently works at Fran Fruzen Middle School as a bilingual paraeducator. He has also worked in manufacturing is on the city of Beloit’s Plan Commission and on an advisory committee that’s working to update city ordinances…
