ROCKTON, Ill. (WTVO) — A woman has partnered with Shelter Ministries for the third year in honor of her mother to help those experiencing mental illness, addiction, and homelessness.
“What they want is they want to be warm, and they want to know that people care enough about them to donate to them,” said Monica Guenther.
