Little Caesars likes to change things up and offer new menu items pretty frequently. The chain’s HOT-N-READY pizza is a fan favorite. There’s just something nice about walking in and knowing you can be back to your car with a delicious pizza in minutes. The chain recently opened a new location in Rockford, Illinois, which is the first of its kind. The new self-serve Little Caesars eliminates counter employees and just has people making pizzas in the back.
The New Little Caesars Concept Is Very Different
Customers can order online or through the app, then go to a Little Caesars location to pick up their pizza from the mobile ordering area. The store also has a HOT-N-READY self-service station for guests.
“It’s really intuitive, and the self-checkout is very similar to what you might see in a convenience store or at the airport. So, it makes it very easy, and who doesn’t want a hot fresh pizza really quickly,” Trish Heusel, Vice President of Innovation at Little Caesars, shared with WIFR.
