Two individuals are in custody following a shots-fired incident in an Amazon facility parking lot that led to a foot chase.
Late-Night Shots-Fired Call Leads to Police Response
According to a press release from the Rockford PD, there was a violent confrontation outside the Amazon warehouse in the 4600 block of Shepherd Trail, just off of North Main Street, on Thursday night (11/20).
Officers were called to the scene around 11:30 pm after reports of a fight in the parking lot, followed by gunfire as two vehicles fled the area.
One vehicle was struck by a bullet on the passenger-side window, but no injuries were reported, according to the press release.
