ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — With all of northern Illinois placed under a Winter Storm Warning, municipalities are declaring snow emergencies ahead of the forecasted 6″ to 10″ of snow expected to fall on Saturday.
For Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, Lee, McHenry, and DeKalb Counties, the Winter Storm Warning goes into effect tonight at 3 AM and lasts until 6 AM Sunday.
