ROCKTON, Ill. (WTVO) — Anna Pipitone, a 25-year-old entrepreneur, is celebrating the success of her bakery, La Croute Bakery, located in Rockton, Illinois.
Pipitone, who was born and raised in Rockton, opened La Croute Bakery on October 10th last year. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where she earned both an associate’s degree in baking and pastry and a bachelor’s degree in food business management with a focus on advanced pastry.
