FREEPORT, Ill. (WTVO) — The Freeport Police Department announced the arrest of Kyle Shirley, 46, after a raid on three homes as part of a narcotics investigation on Wednesday.
Police said officers with the Freeport Police Department, deputies from the Stephenson County Sheriff’s Office, and the Illinois State Police Stateline Area Narcotics Team conducted search warrants at residences in the 700 block of E. Stephenson, 800 block of S. Carroll, and the 400 block of W. Chestnut.
