JANESVILLE— The Rock County Public Health Department is urging caution after a sudden spike in drug overdoses over the past two days, surpassing the area’s typical rate.
The health department said in a release it believes the increase may be linked to unusually strong opioids or other dangerous substances circulating in the local drug supply.
