(WIFR) – As the holidays approach, counselors say this time of year can be especially challenging for people battling addiction.
“I think we see an uptick in all kinds of unhealthy coping mechanisms around the holidays,” said Dr. Jason Soriano, Owner and Psychologist at Lighthouse Counseling.
