BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) – The Beloit Police Department is investigating after a dead dog was found in a crate outside a gas station this past weekend, police reported Tuesday.
According to a Facebook post, the dead dog was found Saturday morning at a gas station in the 900 block of Brooks Street.
