ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford resident was arrested Monday after police said she refused to provide information to officers during a traffic stop, fled the scene, and crashed into a fence.
According to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped Magdalena Vazquez, 27, at the intersection of N. Church Street and Fisher Avenue around 10:21 p.m.
