ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — A Rockford man turned himself in after starting multiple fires with trash cans and a stove because he was upset, according to police.
The Rockford Fire Department responded to a residential fire in the 1400 block of Andrew Street on Oct. 1, 2025. After the fire was extinguished, the Fire Department requested an investigation to determine the cause. Investigators determined that multiple fires had been set in an upstairs bedroom.
