ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Eric L. Brown, 34, has been sentenced to spend 120 years in prison for the 2019 slaying of rapper Robert Walsh, aka “Pair A Dice.”
Wash was shot on Oct. 15, 2019, at an apartment building in the 4900 block of Harrison Avenue. He was found near the front entrance to the apartment, authorities said. He died at a Rockford hospital. He was 42.
The Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s office said Wash had arrived at the apartment complex shortly after an armed robbery had occurred. When he and the residents inside were attempting to leave, he was shot. Witnesses identified Brown as the suspect…
